Wood is still the best privacy per dollar in North Brevard — about $25–$45 per linear foot installed for a 6-ft fence — and for the older neighborhoods of Titusville, Cocoa and Mims, it's the fence that fits the street. We build board-on-board (true no-gap privacy, even as boards shrink) and shadowbox (finished look on both sides, better airflow, the neighbor-friendly choice when you're splitting a line).
Florida is honest about wood, though: pressure-treated pine in Brevard humidity needs sealing every 2–3 years, and some boards will cup and gray anyway. We use #2 or better treated lumber, ring-shank nails that don't back out, and posts set in concrete — and we put the maintenance schedule in your paperwork so there are no surprises in year three.
For homes outside HOAs — Indian River City, South Lake, the older grid streets near downtown Titusville — wood is usually the fastest permit path and the easiest match to whatever the neighbors already have. Where a wood fence replaces more than half an old one, both the city and county call it new construction; we pull that permit for you.
